Try a good lifestyle

Hey Lovelies
How is your week going?
I have been busy trying to curtail my unhealthy foods cravings the whole week. It just won't stop. Anytime the feeling comes, I remember this video I saw 2 weeks ago. I'm like if someone can condition herself to eat only raw foods, why can't I just learn to stay off those carbonated-sugar-drenched drinks forever? #sillytastebuds :)

Meet this beautiful and young-looking grandmother, Annette Larkins, the lady that inspired me to up my "staying healthy game" another notch.

I won't lie growing your own foods and eating everything raw is not an easy job. I still think being a vegetarian can be very tasking, talk more of having to feed on nothing except raw foods. But the results are really tremendous, innit? The power of  a great lifestyle!
Maybe you can't put in all that hard-work and be that strict, but you can start somewhere. Choose your foods wisely; it doesn't have to be raw, it doesn't have to be just vegetables and fruits, but one thing you mustn't miss is that, it must be healthy.

Remember, a healthy lifestyle will always pay back.

Love always
JB

  1. So true... We went "hallelujah" (http://www.hacres.com/) last year in my house, but it wasn't easy. Had to start eating normal cooked foods and all. but we still do lots of fruits and veggies and pure smoothies.

It is a beautiful way to live, if you have the time.

  2. I really have to start paying attention to my nutrition. I tend to ignore stuff because i'm on the slender side but i'm going to have to try harder. I have a friend who goes on fruits for 7days in a month. I wish i could do same. I was a partial vegetarian for about 4years tho and it wasn't so bad.

  13. so true. but its not easy sha. you have to be consistent and very disciplined to pull it off. but once you're consistent, you sort of get used to it. e.g used to do a lot of hot dogs before but now that we've cut it out, i hardly have the cravings for it
